its distorted kicks and delays etc on other percusion...
scary detuned saws... and weird triplet riffs!
to completely generalise the whole genre.
p.s grrr...why the fook could i not think up the clever person word for when you treat everything as the same (like in muslims topic if sum1 sed they were all bad...kinda like taking everything as the same) for the life of me i cant remember the clever word for that....at a complete loss

gabber is made like any other 4 beat music, but with really distorted kick drums.

hahaha i love south park. and i you guys did kind of get what i ment by hardcore+1... cuz i mean its hardcore.. just a little faster and more distored. one level up then hardcore. i dunno haha it makes sense in my mind. so in other words.. its still 4/4 beat like hardcore just more distortion? thats about the only difference? other then attitude i mean.

gabber isn't necessarily faster than uk hardcore, it varies in speed ranging from 160 to 220bpm. but the general idea behind gabber is hard as nails/extremly distorted kicks
