I think i posted this on a topic but hey what da hell. Does anyone no where 2 staryt off looking for nu skool breaks vinyl n can u recomened a few top tunes, i herd a few sets n i really liek it almost as much as i love teh old breakbeat hardcore, n almost ( well not quite) as much as i like happy hardcore. If anyone cud help me with this i wud b most grateful coz i have really developed a liking 2 da music. I think its a wicked idea dat peopel are producing it again, n big up 2 United dnace for having a Nu skool breaks arena @ there event:) i think dis cud also b gud 4 da happy scene becoz possibly we can get more influence from nu skool breaks in2 happy hardcior ejust az old skool hardcore influenced alot of happy hardcore ( well happy hardcore grew from it obviously) but to se ea new style mixing in with happy hardcore wud b gud for da scene ( n lets face it its gotta b betta than Trance influencing it =P.

check Adam Freeland's Coastal Breaks II compilation, or his more recent Tectonics compilation... i dunno any good labels or anything like that... but one of my favorite nu-skool breaks tracks is BT + Tsunami One - Hip Hop Phenomenon... another good one is BT's Fibonacci Sequence (on Sasha's GU Ibiza cd)

Do yourself a favor and get Adam Freeland - On Tour. It totally kicks and it's cheap too cause it was recorded live. The Y3K and Y4K series is good, same with Nu Horizons. Also maybe look at Lee Burridge's Nubreed cd for some good breaks. Labels? Hmm. Try Distinctive Breaks, TCR, that's all I really know about breaks label actually. Just search for Adam Freeland, Rennie Pilgrem, B.L.I.M., Freq Nasty, Craig Richards, Lee Burridge, Plump DJ's, Koma & Bones, Hyper and Hybrid and you'll probably be on the right track.

Marine Parade (Adam freelands label, he goes under the name Tsunami one)
deviant records (ashtrax releases on here, also look out for group called Animated)
zero tolerance records (australia) (nubreed and hi-fi bugs from australia)
Carbon Records (rarely nuskool breaks but sometimes good)
Acetate Records (Pmt, mara, general midi sometimes)
Fire Recordings (ASAP, Andy page, PB&J have just started rocking nuskool progressive breaks)
Automatic (sometimes ashtrax)
Lost Language (Miro, Ashtrax)
Dragonfly (sometimes)
Functional Breaks (Sometimes)
Nettwerk (usually remixes of other tracks by hybrid (moby etc))

Nuskool Non-Progressive and sometimes boring breaks: (labels)
TCR (Thursday Club Recordings) (Rennie Pilgrem)
Botchit & Scarper (BLIM/ 10 Sui / Soto)
Unreal (basically spin off of tcr)
Boom Box Records (Very credible Label.. gone progressive recently)
Older Marine Parade
