Hello HH.com users, Just wondering how many of youz have gotten to hear some of the amazing Dj's from Toronto? (I'm not talking about Frolic) Dj's like D-minus, Virus( i say #1), Frisky, Fuzz-boy and many more. Hey and if anyone is coiming in town for a good HH party, stay far away from the Hulla's and check out party's by Sourkee, Most Wanted Ent.,
here, the big parties suck ass, it's the smaller one's were the true vibes are at.

hulla is the happy hardcore scene in toronto!
thats basically all there is anymore, I haven't seen sourkee or most wanted in awhile..
and I know ATM (my fav HHC company), Email, FunDMC, and others have all stopped throwing parties.
I think frisky is the Toronto gem, he's also my favourite dj and inspiration
and FYI fuzzboy does not spin happyhardcore only gabber, speedcore, etc..

Cheers to that ! Toronto's hardcore scene is definatly in the smaller parties . Hulla is allright but the whole deal of them all being at the opera house isn't that great. Hardcore Meltdown by Represent Records had some awsome Vibe though beign Vinly GRoover's last HHC set ever and all. ATM was the bomb diggity sheot and FRisky is our local treasure, D-minus and Virus are top notch too. Aaron ( Fuzz boy ) is pretty good too, can be a jerk at times though, lol
i'm just startin dj'in and my demo tape should be available at " NUMB" pretty soon. if you check it out and are a HHC fan i'msure you'll enjoy it , thx fer the support
cheers !

Now ATM, & Reprasent Records Are were the realy shit is at, oh god there party's are s sick.
P.S. Everybody keep an eye out for AKIRA production's in T-DOT, keepin it hardcore this Summer!!!!

I must agree with dj sk8, i've had to put up with a lot of ******** from hulla, e.g. friends getting sttabed, robbed, overcrowed venues etc...
It is true that at one time hulla was the bomb, and no offence to anyone that still loves hulla, but i think that hulla has sort of sold out, i mean i can remeber a time when they
were tottally about the fundamentels of plur, but since then has sort of fallen apart. But the sad fact is that if it wern't for hulla there may not have been hh in canada. Oh well!
but still this is just my opinion.
peace, Spunkwik

how can you say hulla sucks now because there was a stabbing there and because people got robbed?
its not chris' fault that any of that stuff happened!
it hasn't taken away from the vibe at all.
i bet that if you just started going to hulla now and you didnt know that a kid got stabbed, another od and people were robbed then you wouldnt be saying the same stuff.
plus hulla isnt the only toronto company that has seen ods, stabbings and robberies.

And of corse who dosen't love to pay $25-30 for a hulla at the opera house. Not to mention the crap ass mixing of frolic, and the unbelevibly horrible mcing of E-by-crap.
Yes it's true the stabbings and od's are not any of his fault, but unless you've just started getting into the HH experince, then you can't begin to understand what the hell is wrong with hulla.

well early bird tickets are $20..
and that is quite reasonable especially considering there is always a uk headliner and usually a uk mc as well...
im taking it you've never thrown a party before and dont the costs of running a party.
most parties that i've been to at opera house (not only hullas) are in the $20-30 range.
btw ive been into hhc for just about 5 years, im no newbie

ahh i tried to post yesterday..i suppose it didnt work. it is ignorant to say that hulla/frolic hasnt had a significant impact on the hhc scene in TO. past incidents that happened was no fault of chris's but was more of the docks/high profile security issue. but i do agree E-by-gum is a ****tard. but we wont get into that.
at first i was gonna kiss his boo-boo better, then i remembered he was a bad monkey-SO I KICKED HIM IN HIS FACE!!
