It's not the best idea ever, but its my idea :P
You know how you have an insert quote or image when you are sending a post... I thought it'll be a good idea to have the same sort of thing when people use *these marks* to say what they are doing. It'll be cool if they come up like that if you highlight a word or phrase and click a "doing" button for it to come up. It could come up with [name] is... and then what they put they are doing.
For example,
"Silver is..."
Shaking his head in disgust at my idea.
What does everyone think? If you know what i'm waffling on about :)

I know what you mean. Like the /me command in irc.
It works in chat, but not sure if it would work that well in a message board
