They have this set up at my college. It just makes things alot easier, so you don't have to keep switching Windows, instead you can just move from one monitor to the other :)

it is much much easier to work with dual screens, instead of having to minimize and maximize windows all the time you just open it in a new monitor

so yeah what matt said

you can also spread your mixer channels across 2 monitors and stuff like that rather than having different windows on different monitors. so its like having an ultra wide-screen...... thats gonna be my next purchase I think.

<-- 4 screens

1 email, 2+3 work space, 4 dev server + everything else.

Get alot more done when you can see everything at once without having to click around.

no, you just drag your mouse off the side of one screen and onto the other usually

Silver: whats your graphics card set up? 2 dual heads, or is there a quad head on the market?

I have ten screens in a ring round me, once I crawled inside the ring the workflow is very complicated and confusing!

Its all about multiple desktops, not mutliple screens :)

So much easier to Alt+F2 or Alt+F3 to switch to my new workspace :)

Multiple screens are the dogs bollocks. I used to have to screens but the I got a flat screen and looking from high quality flat screen to crapy crt did my head in' so now I just use one. And miss it so much.
