That's the LAST Hardcore Heaven 2 - a different album altogether!
Apparently, there have been some distribution problems meaning that a lot of shops haven't got their stock yet. I'd give it another week or 2 (if you can wait) then hopefully you'll be able to find it in a lot more places.
