Firstly i would like to big up Rik Arkitech for all the hardw ork he has put in over the last 12-18 months. Getting two tracks onto Bonkers was a good target fuffilled and now Rik is pretty much there as far as i like to take an
artist. he knows his carreer starts now and the rest he needs to learn as he goes along. He is standing on his own two feet now and gonna provide the scene with plenty of choons. It's very refreshing to hear lots of people talk about Arkitech as i think he has impressed a few people who are follwing his learning curve closely. he will make a good engiinneer i have no doubt in that. WELL DONE RIK!!
If you think that you can dedicate your life to music technology and are a perfectionist, has an open mind to all music in any genre the please read on.
I need someone who can work in a high tempo constructive and critcal enviroment, an artist that has innitiative, paitence and an acute awareness for self improvement in an enginneering enviroment. I give up my time for free and do not provide any financial assistance unless you complete projects. So now you know how dedicated you have to be. ALan A.M.S, and Arkitech both worked part time while they were learning and had to finance themeselves through there training. So i will need all applicants to realise this and show me a finacial business plan that enables themselves to live while they are learning. I will not take applications from anyone who is currently in full time education. As i do not wish to sidetrack any full time Student . So sorry students until you finish what you have started you cannot apply. Parents will garrott me if i take people away from current academic plans.

This position is open to any male/female there is no sexism here so girls please apply if serious as well. It would make a change to get a new female enginneer. So realise your application is taken just as seriously as the lads.
One more thing i would like that applicant to be Hardcore/Harddance based. This applys to any sub genre within the two scenes. I want to give something back to the scene that has been so good to me. So i would like people to want a career in that enviroment please

Say what if you was a REALLY ace DJ, gonna be massive in the future, but because you had no school or employment history you could never make it?

I think the requirements are perfect.
You will need all of those to be successful. Just imagine this as a job. And they are looking for certain skills.
