That Maroon 5's track was one of the tunes, that listening it seriously felt like someone threw acid to my ears. Theres not many tracks that really top my tolerance, but that track seriously made me want to kill myself. Absolutely horrible track. Dont know why, probably the way the chorus was sang... just... awful...
Really thought (praid) no track would give a similar feeling... how wrong was i. I think its a new track by Gwen Stefani, the melody was probably originally made for torture purposes. Who ever came up with the idea to sing it the way its singed, was most likely in the middle of nervous breakdown.
Someone can make a shitty track, no problem. But there are some tracks that for a reason i dont know, really feel like the sound waves are stabbing my nervous system. I cant figure out what the thing is that makes them that way. Its like making a "scratch the chalkboard" sound, its annoying, but i dont know what makes it so annoying. But who ever came with the idea to use those elements in music, is a ****ing sadist.
Though i big reason why these tracks annoy so much, is that the only time i listen to radio, is in the mornings cause the alarm on my clock is a radio. Not the best time for a track to sound good.
Edit: Just checked the Gwen Stefani track was "Hollaback Girl".
About the genres others have mentioned, i listen some Speedcore, cheesy Japanese Pop, Bubblegum, Eurotrance etc, Hahaha

well right now, and im surprised that no one mention this yet, im really hating that fcuking crazy frog im mean come on one track is dull enough but fcuking TWO thats just taking the piss big time.
I HATE IT, I HATE IT, I HATE IT AGGRRRHHH
but as we're talking about REAL music then ill have to say that im not particularly fond of rap or rock (cant believe that once upon a time i actually listened to rock music )

Erm im completly skrewed really i like hardcore, gabber noisecore etc all the heavy fast stuff, i like heavy/death metal, i like classical i like almost everything except pop rap and punk .
