yes, it connects computer to computer for free, without lag, and telephone quality
and you can also add phonenumbers as well, and phone anywhere around the world for cheep - and i do meen cheeeeeeeeeep. i use it to phone home to england, phoneing a normal phone is the only thing you pay for you add credits, and then use them up, i put on 10 euros about 6 months ago, and i phone home LOADS, like hours and hours a week, and i still have 6 euros left...
so cheep...so good...mmmmmm mmmm
