the on feed you(silver) have going is great, but the 2 24 k ones just sound like shit for me. i your mixedone the best but i find it so staticky(spelling) that its unbearable. dunno if you can up it to 56 or not but for me it would be better.

Hmmm my mixer's gain perhaps was too loud when I recorded the mixes, I don't find bad at all.... are you using WinAmp?

I only find the 24k where you are mixing noisy. Maybe what you sad, that the gain is to high, or that your volume in windows for your line in is to high (if you are recording in windows)

Hmmm I think you are right I will have to re-record the tunes, they were orginally on CD, perhaps the cd record process wasn't the best.

nope its not the gain or anything its just that 24k is half as good of qualilty as the 56k one so it wont sound as good. cd's aer 128k and these are only 24 so thats why it sounds so "crappy" for me

Well actually it's both, 128k is not CD quaility it is near CD quaility. I know for a fact because I have the orginial CD's and I think the gain is too much on the CD's and yes 24k is crap too... working on a 56k stream soon :)

What's your connection speed? 24K should be okay for a 33.6K modem.

my conn is 56k.....
but it still drops connection on the 24k streams every minute
and has to rebuffer :/
its ok on er 18k - 20k

oh i have one of the best UK isps ... and i have a very fast connection for being only a modem....
but it is... only a modem
