The fuzzy sound would be a saw, to get the bassy part you want a square. Put em together and tweak away

The one that Gammer has used before is like a Trance lead, but a couple of octaves below the one it would normally be used at :)
If you want to use a square waveform with a saw waveform, depending on how deep it is, its good to have the square waveform an octave lower than the saw one, it will sound more bassy :)

Or you could use a sine for the bass that you want and have a detuned saw (with some stereo separation) for the fuzz.
Make sure you play with the filter envelopes so you can get that cool sweep to give it that whhaaaa sound

I use the same bass quite alot im my own production and is very simple to make. Fisrt you will nedd a VST that has 2 simple oscillators. On both osc's use a saw wave. Turn the octave or coarse level to its minimum. on the fine tune for the fisrt saw, turn slightly left and do the mirror image for the second. This gives it a detuned fuzz. If your VST has more than 2 oscillators you could try adding a quieter square wave or even some whitenoise for extra fuzz.

-Create a subtractor then load the patch called bread bass out off the reason factory sound bank, edit it a bit until it sounds decent then save the patch.
-Create another subtractor and load the saved patch, now you sould have 2 subtractors with exactly the same sound.
-Create a scream distortion and conect the first subtractor to the left input and the second subtractor to the right input.
- Tweak the scream distortion until you have a scott brown style bass
