i don't think he's guilty. i think if he was guilty he would have bought his way out by now.
im not saying everything he's done is above board but i don't think he's guilty of everything he's charged for.
( But ryg0r i do agree with Harsh punishment for the guilty)

i think he is innocent, i also think the way the press are handleing it is absolute crap. they dont seem to care if he is innocent or not, they all want him to be guilty.

I read a few things about this... respect to Jaskson for all his great music but Jackson is just weird... he never actually went to school or had friends growing up... so I think he has no idea on what is social fun and breaking the law.
it's all hardcore.

he is innocent.
he just has his own (very weird) perception of life, and like silver sed, he didnt have a proper upbringing and therefore has no social skills and he doesnt know whats weird/wrong to do and whats ok.
i think he did sleep in the same beds as little kids, which is wrong in everyones eyes - but he didnt know what. however he didnt abuse them at all. he knows he shouldnt do that.
he has kids of his own and anyway if he wanted to hide the fact that he SLEEPS with kids (thus confessing that he knows its wrong) he wudnt have made the documnetry.
the press have ****d this up truely. if hes guilty he wont last and i can see him topping himself. if he is found out to be innocent - cant see him lasting either and again topping himself. he cant win - thanks to the f*ckin press.
ps if he abused kids how come some of them are defending him??? surely they wud want him sent down 2????????

hmm ok so if he is found to be guilty, what would happen to him?! i mean this is michael jackson... he won't be chucked in prison with other "normal" people... wont he be in a special prison or something?!
hmm i cant tell if i think he's innocent or guilty. but one thing thats certain is i like his music and just because of these alegations i'm not gunna stop liking him. unlike some loosers i know, "urgh he's a kiddy fiddler, i will not let my children listen to his songs"

The law is the law. You break the law, you suffer the consequences when you are caught.
I'm not "playing god", what I am doing is pointing out what another LEGAL and SOVEREIGN justice system did to deal with the problem.
That mans execution was punishment for the crimes that he commited. I have no problem with that. If I steal and get caught, I should be punished, thats the law.
Why can't michael buy his way out of this one? He's running out of cash.
