Mole, you should respect the site rules n that. I know its a bugger that we can't post about external sites in the main sections anymore, but when it all comes down to it, both your station and mine are potentially taking listeners away from this site, so you can't really blame Silver for taking a hard line on this.
And FYI people do read these forums...... its all about marketing though

We allow other sites to post their radio links even though we have our own radio station because I believe competition is a good thing, but the posts became so much for the thousands of new radio stations that have started up that we were forced to make this new section. So don't think I'm just being a hard ass, no one wants the hardcore discussion to fill up with announcements.
it's all hardcore.

Sorry, it wasn't meant to sound like that..... more a case of your well within your rights to do that..... if you wanted.... which you don't..... which is good (and also why I link back here from my site).

Underloop: you raised a good point, I think a fair rule might be that if you want to post about your radio station here you must link to our radio station from the posters site?

No arguments here. Be a pain to police it though. I just link back partly out of courtesy, and partly because this is a great site. Alot of people might start moaning if it was made a requirement
