I used to use my pc all the time for games but if you want a console go for the Gamecube their damn good I got one and you won't be dissapointed trust me!!!

stay the hell away from the x box!!
it freezes from time to time (but hey it's microsoft,what the hell do you expect! lol)

Gamecube is the one I'll go for, it's also the cheapest.

gta3 is out on pc right now, and fixes the ps2 problems, espesically graphically.
I have an x box, and it's never froze one, IMO the best choice as MS is buying so many good companies, who in turn are producing great games. But whatever is good, by I can certainly survive with just me high spec pc and x box.
