Ghosts are not something i believe in, It is all in the mind altgough i believe things have happened to many of us that we have not found answers to..

my grandad was a faith healer and my nan was a fortune teller, she even fortold her own death. she wrote a letter to her sister containin her will, in the letter she told her sis that she was sendin her will because by the time she recieved the letter she would be dead. she had died two days b4 the letter got to my great aunt, she died of a brain hemorage. freaky shit

My friend Neil has a ghost in his house named Paula. Normally I don't believe that crap, but I have experienced her there.
-- We opened up a NEW, SEALED tub of cream cheese to make some bagels, and "P-A-U-L-A" was written in the fresh cream cheese.
-- I called up Neil one time and he answered the phone. So did Paula. Neil's eldest sister had moved out over 5 years ago and his mom wasn't home.
"Hi, Neil?"
"Hello?" "It's Neil."
"...Neil, is someone over?"
"Neil? This is Paula." *click*
"****."
"Neil?"
"****... Yeah, it's Neil."
-- My dad's a contractor and so he gives me his old blueprints to draw on the back of. Since Neil and I like to draw, I brought over some old blueprints to draw on together. We were the only ones home (aside from Neil's numerous pets). His door to the backyard kept slamming open and shut, the same with the windows. We ran outside because the bunnies and cats were freaking out, and came back to our drawing to see "PAULA" written in the corner with a heart.
--Paula has her named carved into Neil's windowsill.
--Sometimes she turns the TV and lights on and off. At first this was due to low power at Neil's house due to circuits and whatnot, but it was fixed. I've been alone in the living room before, holding the remote, but the TV turns on, off, changes channels, and ejects VHS tapes from the VCR.
She's never done damage but she's mischievous. :p

one time I was at a party and I was drunk off my a** ... and I swear I was seeing things that look alot like beams of lights, and I would hear things that sounds alot like car horns... Its the ghosts man...

thats f****** freaky, from the behavior it was obviously a child, so theres nothin to be scared of. it sounds real screwed up but talk to her and tell her ur her friend and shes safe with u and that u don't like bein scared it should stop. i know it sounds real messy but believe it or not it'll work.
