Unfortunately our plans to bring Bang! for their first North American appearance have been postponed as our government refuses to recognize the fact that they are internationally acclaimed despite all the evidence to the contrary. Plans however, have already begun to bring Bang! to Canada early in 2005!

Barry, I have to say that I commend your professionalism throughout. I do understand your position and also that of the US Immigration, times are changing and we all have to adapt, however such an arduous process littered with so much red tape is difficult to accept for such a simple operation, and after all, for just one nights performance.
I know you have been absolutely committed to seeing us play, and I promise we can work something out. I'm sure a Canadian Visa will be much easier, and I'll start looking into this straightaway. I feel so angry that you've been let down I want to just do my personal best to help out with a future date.
Barry, please forward onto your friends our commitment to play at one of your parties, and also our gratitude for being professional and courteous throughout against all odds.
When we do eventually meet, we'll have a serious beer!

Damn, never mind i cant go. Its my friends b-day party they decided to have it on saturday instead of friday.  And she has had bad b-days the last few years so its a must. Oh, well i'll still have fun and they always play good tunes. But i haven't gone anywhere "public" in forever.
