using CAPS all the time for a message or even just a sentance............is classed as SHOUTING , and from not using *caps* in a message, it doesnt look like you are *shouting* you in your message !!!

CAPS, lower case, I just don't think it really matters!

if everybody replied in CAPS, the threrads would be alot bigger, cause CAPS take up more space than lower case letters.
you can get a point across alot better too, being able to capitalize certin letters and words to create a "tone of voice".

It's difficult enough to interpret someones writing online (too often people have mistook sarcasm for something else and resulted in flaming) by using caps only when you wish to stress something it makes it easier to understand.
I am speaking from experience when I say, DO NOT! substitute 3 days of no sleep with eating 20 instant coffee packs RAW!!!
