i like the idea of what serotonin said about that it helps to get more people to hear about hardcore, but what stops people just sharing samples of tunes instead. little "snippets" of tunes.
If mole wanted to help out the scene, he shoulda done that if anything, coz then people still get a taste of something, and its when something is left with holes that people that are intrested enough will try and fill the gap. i.e. give them a taster and they will want more give them everything, they don't have to do anything; give out samples and it'll seperate true fans that'll track down and be willing to pay for hardcore from those that just want free files which does bugger it up for those artists producers etc. that are just making an honest bit of cash and deserve a bit of credit for their efforts.
as nice an idea file sharing is coz it spreads it out and people can hear about it more; if it hurts the scene (which EVERYONE knows it does) then Mole shouldn't have done what he did, and nor should anyone else.

Well said mate, but it's tricky for Scott because he doesn't want to upset Mole by banning him, most people think he deserves to get taken of the Evo forum, maybe he does, but who knows.

I really do think Mole wont bother with Hardcore after all this shite, of course that would be wrong to do that. I think everyone will learn from this and think twice before doing what Mole did.

my point was that - I agree he got what he deserved - its just do people need to carry it on further (refering to the spamming his forum - because honestly thats pretty damn childish).
furthermore - i have never said anything against silver at all, your post implies that i did - if you take time and read my posts you will see that im not on moles side - i think its unfair that he has gotten so much verbal abuse, but silver hasnt been deeling any of that out - its been you guys.
when i saw silver+hhc.com getting slagged off on evo - i was pretty damn pissed off, and i told silver that too.

its all about education, and this site does it very good on about not filesharing, and educate on buying cds and vinyl...I know I changed my ways since I came on here...and I buy vinyl and cds; and somehow it feels like you own the song when you buy it or esp have it on vinyl. On vinyl it feels like you really really have the song...I dont know, I just feel that way.

aww my bad triquatra ....i never ever intended to make you think that i was trashin you and sayin that your trashin silver..i was only disagreeing about tha 16 pages being about trashin mole...totally sorry if i made you think otherwise. you made good points and i knew what your intentions were in your thread i was just makin a point about the 16 pages....your a good guy and i know this... :-) i was mad too about what they were sayin on the evo board. I also do to think its childish to spam in his site....if scott brown REALLY IS his fav dj..then im sure mold ALREADY feels bad about what hes done (seeing as Scott Brown himself, has told mole that he's a troublmaker) sorry if my point was a bit off...wasnt acutally directing anything negative toward you.
