How to post a picture in the forums?
First, the picture has to be in a website. If you dont have a pic on a website, you can e.g. use Photobucket.com, its free.
Ok, so now you have picture on a website. Now to add it to the forums, you need the pictures url. Note that the url has to end in .jpg or .gif, otherwise it doesnt work.
To get the pictures url, go to the site where the picture is, right-click the picture. With Explorer choose "Properties" and copy the images url from there, or with Opera choose "Copy image address".
So now you have the link for the image, to make it show directly in the forums, you need to add the image tag's to it. There are various ways to do this.
-You can blacken the image url and press this  button so it automatically adds the image tag's in the right places.
-You can press the same button and paste the image url between the image tag's.
-You can also write the image tag's yourself, like that -> [ img ][ /img ] (Without the spaces of course) and paste the image addres between the tag's.
Now your ready to post pictures. But remember, there are kids outhere, so no adult pictures 
...or i will use my m0d3r470r 5k1llz and remove the picture :)
