I always thought it said 'I'm a drug addict not a crazy raver' ahh well ;)

Who are the soldiers(US, UK, People Representing Hardcore)
Who is us (Pro-war hardcore artists, the people of the respective country containing hardcore)
Does this have to do with the Iraq war?

This might be completely crazy, but it sounds like on the last line he's saying "leave me alone, it's my life, I feel insulted". Did you quote the official lyrics?
