i remember a community on last.fm going back in the late 2000s into the 2010s who created there own acknowledgement/community of their fandom to uk hardcore, the oldschool stuff etc
god knows, probably only 1 to 10 russians still active of that appreciation

Be interested to know how big UK Hardcore is in Russia. Your estimate is probably not far off though.
