Yeah normally I practice mixes first with the mouse in Rekordbox and then on the DDJ 400 before I record on the CDJ?s, However this time I had a doctors appointment I forgot about so I lost most of Friday to that.
I tried a few times to record it but the other attempts I scrapped and moved some tracks around. Finally recorded this yesterday morning at 6.30 am.
The last transition in particular I started panicking as you can hear by the frantic pitching. I had to start that track slightly off because the file is a few milliseconds short. With no beat.
I am trying to learn to scratch. Only started a few days ago. I have always wanted to learn but not had the energy to do so. I?m using DJ Angelo turntable training tool I brought in 2012 I think it was. That?s how long I wanted to do it. Never got to it.
