Utopia Homegrown, the event showcasing only the BEST in Australia's local talent, in all areas of the harder spectrum of dance music, is back in its third installment! This time it's no-holds-barred as we have secured, for the first time in history, an all night 16+
dance event at the infamous Hordern Pavilion - the landmark venue which hosted the birth of the Australian Dance Party scene back in the early 80's, and is now set to host Australia's longest running Dance Party....Utopia!
As we feel this is quite the momentous occasion - we are flying in three special International guests in addition to our already massive Homegrown lineup! After not being able to attend the last Utopia due to the Icelandic Volcano, we have now made sure that they
will rock it out at Utopia Homegrown3! The legendary Darren Styles, Mark Breeze, and MC Whizzkid will prove why they are the undisputed kings of the UK Hardcore scene. You have heard the countless anthems over the years from this trio who have truly defined rave

Darren Styles is one of the biggest names in hard dance music and one of the greatest Hardcore DJs. Originally part of the mighty Force & Styles with hits under his belt such as Pretty Green Eyes and Field of Dreams, Darren soon became one of the biggest names in UK
hardcore. He has since collaborated with fellow hardcore producer and DJ Mark Breeze creating tracks like youre shining and Heartbeatz. Darren is also responsible along with Breeze and Hixxy, for the biggest selling UK hardcore compilation series Clubland X-Treme
Hardcore which has now racked up sales of over 1 million across its 6 volumes. He is also currently working on the follow up to his debut solo album Skydivin which entered the official UK album charts at number 4 and has sold over 200,000 copies to date. Darren has

The Hordern Pavilion has long been one of Sydney's favourite entertainment venues. Frank Sinatra, Coldplay, MGMT, Nirvana and Mardi Gras... it has all happened here! Now for the first time in its 85-year history Hordern Pavilion is opening its doors to its very first
16+ all night dance event. Powerhouse Productions first made inquires to use this venue in 1999 and up until now has been off limits. Make sure youve got your ticket for this historical event.

CONDITION OF ENTRY
Both body pat downs and bag searches on entry. Anyone found with any prohibited items will be denied entry into the event.
Roaming security teams inside the venue will ensure the event is trouble-free during the event.
Zero tolerance policy on violence and anti-social behaviour.
Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry.
Promoter reserves the right to remove anyone breaking the rules from the event.
No Lads or Lad Clothing. Example - Stripped polo shirts or Skin Baseball caps.
Anyone wearing prohibited clothing inside the venue will be removed from the event.
Weapons, illegal drugs, alcohol and chewing gum are prohibited.
Markers and all graffiti tools are strictly prohibited. Anyone found to have these items on them will be refused entry.
If youre not coming for the love of the music and the scene, then please dont come.
Acer Arena Security and Local Police will ensure these policies are enforced throughout the event.
Utopia is for Mature Audiences only (MA16+). Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted. All patrons entering the site must have a valid ticket.
